      • The small hand sink in the bakery area needs to be accessible at all times. There should be no dishes in that sink.

      • There is cardboard on the lower shelf of the wood prep table (adjacent to the sinks) near the deli area.All surfaces in a food facility must be smooth, impervious to water and be easily cleanable. Cardboard is not an appropriate surface.There is also visible mold and water damage below the plastic cutting surface.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The floor in front of the two compartment sink (the sinks adjacent to the mechanical dishwasher) requires a thorough cleaning.The shelves in the mechanical dishwashing area require cleaning.
