      • The high-temperature mechanical dishwasher was not operating properly and would not complete a full cycle. Please have the dishwasher repaired/serviced such that it is operating properly and sanitizing at a temperature of 71C at the plate level. Until the dishwasher is repaired manual dishwashing must occur.
