      • Hot water was not available at the kitchen hand washing sinks and main floor washrooms. Dishwasher is connected to a separate hot water tank that was functional. Management was aware of the issue with the boiler system and has ordered the parts needed to repair the boiler. Please have the boiler repaired as soon as possible to ensure all sinks are equipped with hot water.

      • Cracked tiles or holes in tiles located throughout the kitchen and coolers. - Please replace tiles to ensure surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.*Sept. 17/24: Renovations/upgrades to kitchen are planned*

      • 1. Ceiling above the 2 door cooler, located near the coffee makers, was in disrepair. The paint was peeling. Please repair the ceiling. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture.2. Floor tiles in front of the glasswasher in the main floor bar are missing. The subfloor is exposed.       • A sanitizer bucket was being stored in the hand sink at the bar located in The Fox on 6th. Please ensure nothing is stored in the basins of hand sinks or in front of hand sinks to allow for easy access and proper hand washing by food handlers. The bucket was removed at the time of the inspection.
