- Sink plugs should be repaired. If unit can not be repaired ensure sink stoppers are replaced as current stoppers are worn and brown.
- Faucet at three compartment sink needs maintenance. If faucet is not functional facility has no other means of warewashing and unit must be closed until such time as repairs can be made. Leak could result in unplanned water shut off at facility. It is far better to plan for repairs than make emergency repairs - ***Ensure faucet is repaired before leak becomes worse.

- As "Wash" sink is leaking the facility is not properly washing items in sink. Sink is not filled with soapy water staff are rinsing with soapy water and scrubbing.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in dishwashing sink noted 0ppm. Also noted 0ppm from dispensing system. Staff indicated concentration of sanitizer was checked this morning; however, it is not mointored in log. It appears there is a air gap in the pipe as sanitizer is not flowing up the pipe in the dispensing system.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff has manually add sanitizer in sink, instead of using the dispensing system. Please have technician fix the system as soon as possible.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No hot water at handwashing station. Temperature from tap is measured to be 17.7oC max. Staff indicated there is some work being done in the hotel and water comes and goes whenever; however, hot water is available at 3-compartment sink right beside the handwashing station. It was found later on, with the hotel general manager, that the hot water tap at the handwashing station was turned off. Hot water available as soon as tap was turned back on.
- Corrective Action(s): Hot and cold running water must be available at all times at all sinks. Ensure staff notify manager as soon as something requires maintenance and corrective action should be implemented when situation occurs.
