      • Corrective Action(s): Conduct deep cleaning in all noted areas of the large concession stand. Renters need to clean before leaving.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings and sanitize affected surfaces. Seal gaps and holes if observed. Ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized prior to starting food prep. Continue to monitor rodent activity and follow-up with pest control company as necessary. Correct as soon as possible.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean the droppings followed by through cleaning and disinfection of floors ( By August 31, 2021)

      • Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleanign required in above areas to remove all droppings. Ensure to disinfect the affected floors with 1:10 bleach solution. Place rat traps for monitoring. ( Immediately)

      • Observation: Some rat droppings were noticed underneath the ice maker and behind the deep freezer
      • Corrective Action(s): Hire a licensed pest control company to start pest monitoring and control immediately. Please submit a pest control inspection report. Remove all droppings and clean the affected area with hot water and bleach.( Immediately)

      • Observation: There is a likelyhood that rats may be coming through the ceiling from the adjoining Track & Field storage and meeting rooms.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to get the Track and Field rooms checked by the pest control operator and seal or patch any entry holes etc. Ensure that all doors have appropriate weather stripping to prevent rodent entry ( ASAP).

      • Observation: Rat droppings noticed on the floor in concession near the pick up window, behidn the freezer and underneath ice maker.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean throughly to remove all droppings. Sanitize the floor with usinng 1:10 bleach solution. Start monitoring for rodents both inside and outside the concession. Bait boxes recommended on the outside and live traps or snap traps inside. (Immediately).
