      • Observation: Dishwasher is unable to dispense sanitizer. 0 ppm chlorine detected on test strips.
      • Corrective Action(s): Service the dishwasher so it is able to dispense sanitizer at 50-100 ppm chlorine. Use manual dishwashing method at three compartment sink until dishwasher is fixed. Correct as soon as possible.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Undercounter cooler at prep area was turned off at the time of inspection. Food temperatures measured approximately 13-15°C. It is unknown when exactly the cooler was turned off.
      • Corrective Action(s): All perishable foods (chopped vegetables, meats, etc) discarded. Temperatures of the undercounter cooler returned to <= 4°C.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer in spray bottle measured 0 ppm. Spray nozzle was missing.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill with fresh sanitizer and replace spray nozzle. Ensure food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours.

      • Observation: 1. One sticky trap for flies is directly above egg prep station.
      • 2. Hand sink near same egg station - hot and cold water handles for adjusting water temperature is too tight
      • 3. Brew bar hand sink - faucet is continuously leaking water
      • 4. Dishwasher - front metal panel/lid - 1 screw missing and one screw is loose enough to pull out.
      • 5. Pooling water with mixed grease in garbage area may attract pests. Pooling water is an on-going issue in this area.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Move sticky trap to location not above food prep
      • 2. and 3. Fix hand sinks so they run smoothly without issue.
      • 4. Ensure screws are on and tight.
      • 5. Long term solutions would be to pave the area. Ensure there is no pooling water (1 year).

      • Observation: Observed splashing and debris in tracks of coolers and front display case, in cup holders, around coffee machines and shake machines, under equipment and floors were found to be greasy. Minor leak noted behind milk dispensing unit at coffee station. Ice build up noted in chest cabinet that may affect the door closing. Garbage can under back counter is too high causing debris to build up on under side of counter.
      • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and maintain all areas diiscussed during inspection. Replace garbage can with a lower one, address leak under milk dispensing cooler,

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottle had a chemical other than sanitizer in it that changed test strip to blue.
      • Corrective Action(s): Product was discarded at time of inspection. A new bottle was filled with sanitizer. Ensure that all staff are placing the correct chemical in each labellled bottle.

      • Corrective Action(s): - pie station was cleaned during inspection. Arrange cleaning for other areas and maitnain sanitiation. Note: raising the bottom rack shelf 6 inches off the ground will make cleaning these areas easier in dry storage areas.
