    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Overall, the facility was observed to be clean and organized. However, the following areas need to be cleaned and sanitized: plastic drawers near slurpee machine (both sets), floor in the walk in cooler, the sinks and wall near the 3 compartment sink in the back area. Also, the mouse trap under the three compartment sink needs to be set; no evidence of a pest problem observed.

      • Overall, the facility was observed to be clean and organized.       • An approved sanitizer such as bleach is required for sanitizing the ice scoop, counter tops etc. OUTSTANDING
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were observed underneath the three-compartment sink. As discussed, the entire back area needs a thorough cleaning and any holes need to be filed i.e. steel wool. THIS AREA HAS BEEN CLEANED AND STEEL WOOL IS IN PLACE. HOWEVER WHEN I OPENED THE CUPBOARD NEW DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED. AS DISCUSSED, CLEAN, SANITIZE AND TRAPS OR OTHER PEST CONTROL MEASURES ARE REQUIRED.

      • Food permit is not posted for public viewing.
