- No sanitizer available for sanitizing the counter tops/food prep table. Advised operator that the DynaChem product is a cleaner and deodorant and not a sanitizer. Approved sanitizers discussed with operator during the inspection. Operator will prepare bleach solution in spray bottle for sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

- No chlorine test papers available at the time of inspection.Ensure appropriate sanitizer test papers are available to check sanitizer strength.
