    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • No sanitizer available for sanitizing the counter tops/food prep table. Advised operator that the DynaChem product is a cleaner and deodorant and not a sanitizer. Approved sanitizers discussed with operator during the inspection. Operator will prepare bleach solution in spray bottle for sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No chlorine test papers available at the time of inspection.Ensure appropriate sanitizer test papers are available to check sanitizer strength.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • Food safety training not completed at the time of inspection. Operator will email certificate of course completing to PHI by the end of August 2024.
