- The soap dispenser in the waitress/service area was noted to be functioning inconsistently. Please repair or replace the dispenser to ensure reliable access to soap.One of the sinks in the women’s washroom was not dispensing water at the time of inspection. If the sink is not operational, an “Out of Order” sign should be posted until repairs are completed. Please ensure the sink is repaired and maintained in working order.

- The handwashing sink located on the preparation line was observed to be dripping water and should be repaired.In the staff washroom, paper towel was observed sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser. Paper towel in washrooms must be stored in a covered dispenser to protect against contamination.Additionally, one of the sinks in the women’s washroom was not dispensing water at the time of inspection. - Foods in storage were observed to be properly covered; however, three lids used to cover foods were damaged with cracks. Cracked or broken lids must be discarded and replaced to ensure proper protection of food from contamination.

- Upon entering the kitchen, a noticeable improvement in air flow and temperature was observed, with cool outside air readily apparent. The air handling unit appeared to be functioning as intended. It was unclear whether a service company had attended the site as previously discussed; however, a significant difference in ventilation was immediately noticeable upon entering the kitchen.The ceiling and upper wall areas within the kitchen require cleaning. In addition, the kitchen ductwork was observed to be heavily soiled, particularly along the upper surfaces. The floor in the storage area also requires cleaning.Overall, the general cleanliness of the kitchen was satisfactory, with the exception of the ceiling areas and storage room floor. Please ensure the ceilings, walls, and storage room floor are thoroughly cleaned.

- 1 - The condenser in the walk-in cooler is dripping and needs to be repaired to prevent contamination of food stored in the cooler from the splashing water. Facility owner mentioned that the condenser will be fix soon. 2 - Lighting level in the storage and staff room was inadequate.* Replace/repairAll surfaces in the facility are smooth, easy to clean and impermeable to moisture.
