- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Maple's dishwasher was not in operation as parts are on order to fix it. A working dishwasher is important to ensure dishes are washed and sanitized correctly to kill pathogens. The dishwasher in Harvest is being used to wash Maple's dishes as well.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Repair the dishwaser in Maple so it can wash and sanitize dishes.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Harvest section, domestic dishwasher was NOT set on the "Sani-Rinse" cycle. The "Sanitizing" option in the Rinse cycle MUST be selected to kill bacteria. The duration/time the dishwasher runs does NOT determines if dishes are sanitized.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Retrain staff to ensure they are selecting the "Sani-Rinse" setting during the rinse cycle so dishes are being sanitized. During the inspection, staff were informed of this, but a formal training session or instructions shall be provided.
