      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • River and Garden sections, both domestic dishwashers were NOT set on the "Sani-Rinse" cycle. The "Sanitizing" option in the Rinse cycle MUST be selected to kill bacteria. The duration/time the dishwasher runs does NOT determine if the dishes are sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Retrain staff to ensure they are selecting the "Sani-Rinse" setting during the rinse cycle so dishes are being sanitized. During the inspection, staff were informed of this, but a formal training session or instructions shall be provided.
