- Mechanical dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer solution.- Operator determined sanitizer bottle was empty and replaced the bottle. Machine was cycled until solution was dispensing at 100ppm.- Ensure staff are noting the solution level in the bottles and replace when needed.
