      • The facility is equipped with a three-compartment sink but only had two drain plugs. Please obtain one more drain plugs and email the undersigned PHI a photo of all three drain plugs.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • November 20th:The hot water was tested, and hot water was confirmed to be coming from the taps. After running for a little bit, the water pressure reduced. The plumber was again contacted to come and service the hot water system. November 18th:Water was warm at the taps but was not very hot. The plumber had been called and was on their way to fix the issue. Please email the undersigned PHI a video of a thermometer under hot running water at a faucet in the facility.
