- 0PPM sanitizer measured in some of the cleaning cloth buckets/spray bottles. Ensue that the chemical dispenser is working properly. Ensure that an approved sanitizing solution is available in the spray bottles and cleaning cloth buckets.

- Beef stroganoff measured 49.3C (internal temperature) in the hot holding unit.Enchiladas measured 51.5C (internal temperature) in the hot holding unit. Staff directed to reheat the food to 74C and then hot hold at 60C or above.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Hand wash sink in the pasta area was blocked with a measuring cup. Ensure that hand wash stations are accessible at all times.The hot water tap at the hand sinks in the coffee area and beside the hot case in the main kitchen was turned off. The faucet was leaking. Please repair. Ensure that the plumbing at the hand wash sink is in good repair.

- The side wall below the window in the pasta area is damaged as the paint is chipped. Please repair. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.

- Cleaning is needed inside and below the freezers in the downstairs storage rooms (food debris), on the spice storage racks (main kitchen), on the tray racks in the coffee area, floor in the walk-in cooler and inside the ice machine.Scissors and a knife stored on the knife rack in the main kitchen had stuck on food debris. Please clean.
