- Lemon-scented bleach was observed, operator said it is occasionally used on food-contact surfaces. Quat sanitizer was available onsite as an alternative sanitizer.- Use only plain bleach if you have to use a chlorine sanitizer and ensure it is not scented for effective sanitization.

- Frozen meat observed left in containers on the three layers of a food trolley at the back preparation area close to the door.- Operator moved items to a cooler. Do not leave out at room temperature.

- The light covers in the grill line are cracked and some are missing. Lights covers must be installed and maintained in good repair to prevent physical contamination of food. Install and replace the broken light covers.

- The concentration of the quat sanitizer solution measured 150ppm. The quat sanitizer solution must be maintained at 200ppm to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces. The operator remade the quat solution at the time of the inspection and measured 200ppm.
