- Sanitizer was not detected in the dishwasher cycle. Sanitizer solution in bottle had been sitting for a long time and suspected to have lost its efficacy. The operator replaced the sanitizer bottle at the time of inspection with a new solution. The operator must ensure that the correct concentration of chlorine is dispensed into the cycle. Please verify with test strips - follow up.
