- Scoop handle was soiled and observed stored inappropriately inside the bulk flour container. Please ensure the scoop is always stored outside in a clean container or inside with its handle away from the dry food items to prevent food contamination. Store scoop handles away from bulk food in the bins. Operator removed the scoop and replaced it with a clean one stored outside the bulk flour bin.

- wiping cloths were not being stored in a sanitizing solution. Cleaning cloths were observed on food preparation surfaces in the kitchen. The operator corrected and submerged the wiping cloth into a bucket pail of 200ppm QUATS sanitizer solution during the inspection.
