      • Observation(s): Information was exchanged during the inspection. Licensee will begin recording inspections, maintenance, and repairs in the outdoor space. This contravention is considered resolved based on the discussion and corrective actions the Licensee stated she will implement.
      • C4.1T - Keep a log of all play space inspections, maintenance and repairs; Director of Licensing Standards of Practice-Safe Play Space
    • C6.1 - Are acceptable hygiene practices maintained?
      • Observation(s): LO Observed the Licensee provide snack to an infant without the infant handwashing prior to. Information was exchanged and the Licensee stated handwashing any infants in care will occur prior to feeding as part of the regular routine for the rest of the children in care and also after diapering to promote healthy hygiene practices and prevent communicable disease. This was considered resolved at the time of inspection.
