      • Observation(s): The Licensing Officer noticed a practicum student's purse in a program room accessible to the children in care. Children having access to staff personal belongings may increase the risk of hazards and accidents. The Manager relocated the purse to the office and informed the practicum student about appropriate storage for personal items. The Licensing Officer confirmed that this issue was addressed during the inspection, and no further action is necessary.
