These portions were not permitted to be served at the event, and the operator was instructed to discard them.The vendor subsequently provided another chicken sample portion with an internal temperature of 59 °C, which was approved for service at the event.

      • Sanitizer concentration (bleach solution) was found to be 1000 ppm.-Bleach solution was diluted to between 100 and 200 ppm during the inspection.
