      • Uncovered trays of food were observed in the facility's refrigerated equipment.-Please cover all food items in refrigerated equipment to prevent food contamination.Also, ensure all trays of food stored in the refrigerator are properly labeled with date.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Dishwasher temperature not being monitored and documented as required.-Please ensure dishwasher temperature is daily monitored and documented using suitable thermometer.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were observed onsite, under the 3-compartment sink.-Please employ pest control expert to address and resolve the pest concern.-Ensure to block all gaps, holes and crevices around the grease trap to prevent entry of pest.-Also, please clean and sanitize all affected areas.
