      • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean Ice Machine and Meat Grinder so both equipment kept in clean manner. Although meat grinder stored in cooler, a cleaning schedule must be followed so no dry food/meat build up is observed. Date to be Correct by. Immediately
