      • Cleaning cloths were noted on the counter. Operator moved cloth to a sanitizing solution bucket- ensure cloths are being stored in a sanitizing solution in between uses.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The display cooler with sandwiches was noted at 10.4C. Sandwiches were moved to a functional cooler during the inspection- ensure cooler is not used until able to maintain a temperature of 4C or below.

      • Dishwasher is currently not operational. 2-compartment sink method currently in place - ensure dishwasher is repaired

      • The inside of the ice machine was noted with an accumulation of white/yellow build up. - ensure ice machine is cleaned and maintained in a sanoitary condition.

      • The dishwasher is less that 71C at dish level after 3 cycles, the high temperature guage is not in good working order. There is a 2 compartment sink available.Ensure the equipment are washed, rinsed then sanitized in the 2-compartment sink.Ensure dishwasher is repaired.
