      • The hot water at the hand washing sink at the front was turned off. Operator was instructed to turn the hot water back on during the inspection** Ensure a supply of hot and cold water is available at all times.

      • The hand washing sink at the front was noted leaking when the hot water was turned back on** Ensure the hand washing sink is repaired. Hot water must be accessible at all times. If you must turn the hot water off to avoid leaking it must be turned back on every time the sink is used for hand washing
