     • Storage containers have visible debris and require cleaning/disinfection. Please clean and disinfect storage containers.

     • 1. The low-level disinfectant was noted to be expired in 2022. Please acquire a low-level disinfectant to disinfect work surfaces. 2. A high-level disinfectant was not observed during the inspection to disinfect semi-critical equipment. Please acquire high-level disinfectant. Please acquire test strips to test the concentration and maintain records.
