      • Chlorine solution in the spray bottle was at an unacceptable level.New mixture was prepared and tested at 100ppm.Ensure bleach solution is prepared by mixing ½ to one teaspoon (2 to 5 mL) bleach into 1 litre water
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The cooler has no thermometer.Ensure a functioning thermometer is available in the cooler at all times.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test strip was not available to test the bleach solution.Ensure chlorine test strips that read up to 100ppm is obtained.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Pest control records are not being maintained at the facility.A copy of the AHS checklist was provided during inspection.Ensure the pest control checklist is completed once a month and keep records on site.
