      • 1. Observed the Quat sanitizer solution concentration in dishwashing sink to be at 100 ppm. For the proper sanitation of dishes, the concentration of quat sanitizer solution need to be at 200ppm.2. Observed the Quat sanitizer solution concentration in buckets by drive through serving counter and food preparation area to be at 50 ppm. For the proper disinfection of food contact surfaces, the concentration of quat sanitizer solution need to be at 200ppm.Operator replaced the new sanitizer solution for above noted areas and checked its concentration to be at 200ppm with test strips during the inspection.Please check the quat sanitizer solution concentration daily and ensure its concentration to be at 200 ppm.
