      • A loose staple was identified on a notice board in the OSC room. Remove the loose staple and ensure all other staples on notice boards are covered with tape to prevent injury.

      • A mop bucket and vacuum cleaners were stored in the OSC washroom (large washroom).Remove all the cleaning supplies from the OSC washroom and have them stored in a location not accessible by children.

      • A diaper change pad in the toddler room was found to be torn with a missing buckle. The pad was replaced immediately during the inspection.

      • * Bleach container was kept in accessible sink cabinet in OSC room. It was removed during the inspection.* Chlorine bleach spray bottle was not labelled in the Preschool room. Ensure that all chemical containers are labelled. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • Push-in pins were used in children's areas in Preschool room. Remove push-in pins.

      • Shaving cream with "keep out of reach of children" label has been kept within children's reach. Removed during the inspection.

      • Chlorine concentration of the bleach spray bottles in the Toddler room was 10 ppm. Ensure that chlorine concentration is 100 ppm or higher. It was addressed during the inspection.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Antiseptic wipes expired in August 2022. Replace wipes.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • The storage hooks used for children's individual storage were too close together (8 inches apart), and children's clothes were overlapping. Provide physical separation between the clothes on adjacent hooks.
