      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food sanitizer not availalbe at the time of inspection. Staff stated they were busy preparing food and did not have time to prepare food sanitizer.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in a plastic continer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on site. During operation, food sanitizer must be ready for use.

      • 2. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: today.
