      • Bakery refrigerator not holding <=4C in foods. a few dairy items held >4C for > 4 hours were voluntarily discarded by the operator. Unit to be taken out of use and serviced / adjusted or replaced and holding <=4C in all areas before reuse. Operator to manage issue.
