- Observation: Significant number of mouse droppings found around mango and pineapple display area. Paper containers are being used to prop up display baskets on this table and one box found with hole chewed through it. It appears that mice are using paper based box for nesting.
- Corrective Action(s): As noted in previous reports, do not use paper based containers to prop up displays as these provide nesting materials and even places for them to hide. Take apart this display, clean and sanitize the table and reassemble without the use of paper products to prop up displays. Due: Today

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut and wrapped melons found stored in the produce cutting area. Staff stated they are being stored because there wasnt enough room in the display cooler. Cut melons can grow bacteria that make people sick and they must be put into the cooler (4C or less) as soon as they are cut and wrapped as soon as possible.

- Observation: Significant number of droppings found throughout premise. Contract with pest control company in place (Abel) and corrections were required of premise from pest control company as noted on last report from Abel.

- - Work through store, dismantling all displays and moving all stationary risers and thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas, removing all old droppings as well as any nesting materials.

- - Put store displays on a rotation for cleaning so that some displays are dismantled and cleaned daily and by the end of the week all displays would be done. Write this plan down and submit to undersigned.
