     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Two frozen vaccuum packed fish stored in the cooler at time of inspection. Product label indicates to keep frozen until use
     • Corrective Action(s): -All frozen vaccuum packed fish/seafood products must be either kept frozen or you must remove the vaccuum seal by cutting the package open before putting it in to a refrigerator. There can be a risk of botulism from vaccuum packed seafoods stored not frozen. Operator discarded product at time of inspection.
