- Observation:
- There are light covers missing from the overhead light fixtures. Covers will prevent broken glass (from light bulbs) from falling in food.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Install light covers on all light fixtures in food storage and processing areas.

- Observation:
- 1) Cheese Cooler #2 has pooling water on the lowest shelf in the cooler. Pooling water will contaminate and damage foods, and may harbor pests.
- 2) Pipe is leaking under the "Sanitizing sink" of the 3-compartment sink unit. Water is pooling on the floor and the pipe has accumulated food on it, this will harbor and attract pests.
- Corrective Action(s):
- 1) Immediately remove all food from the lower shelf, and discard any contaminated foods. Do NOT store any foods on the lower shelf until the cooler has been fixed. Clean up the pooled water on the lower shelf. Have the cooler maintenanced to determine the source of the water.

- 2) Have the leaking pipe repaired/replaced. Mop up the pooling water and clean the accumulated food on the exterior of the waste pipe.

- The oven is leaking water and moisture, which is accumulating on the floor under and around the oven. Staff are aware and waiting for repairs. The constant moisture and water is a slipping hazard and will attract pests.

- Repair/replace the oven, and ensure staff are frequently mopping this water up throughout the day.
