     • The 2-comp sink in the back has a leaking drain pipe. Staff have been instructed to only use one of the sink basins due to the leak. This is not adequate for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Repair the leaking pipe so that it doesn't leak and proper cleaning of equipment can occur, as staff are able to use both basin for washing and sanitizing.
