Several cracks still observed with food embeded in them. The food/grease in these cracks cannot be easily cleaned and can hardbour bad bacteria and serve as a pest attactant.
- Corrective Action(s): New cart already ordered and is due to arrive within 1 week. Remove cart (or at least top shelf) and ensure all equipment remains durable and easily cleanable. Due: 1 week.

- Wash the mentioned areas with hot water and soap, rinse with clean hot water, and then sanitizer. Increase the frequency which these areas are cleaned and sanitized.
