      • Sanitizer spray bottle was not labelled. - All chemical in the kitchen must be labelled. The spray bottle was labelled during inspection.

      • Food permit was not displayed. - Have the new permit printed and post where the general public is able to see it.

      • The display cooler at the front of the store was not working properly. The operator mentioned that she had called in someone to fix the cooler soon.-Ensure that the cooler is fixed, and no perishable items are store in the cooler.

      • The drawers and containers used to store utensils, spoons, knives and forks were dirty.-Keep the drawers and containers clean.

      • The Bleach solution concentration was tested to be around 50 ppm.- A new solution waws prepared by the operator which was tested to be 100 ppm.-Please ensure that the bleach concentration solution is always at 100 ppm.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 1) The ambient temperature of the display cooler at the front was at 13 C.* The internal temperature for Yogurt was at 8 C.* Internal temperature for Turkey sandwiches were at 9 C.*Perishable items like Yogurt, turkey sandwiches were placed in a different cooler.-Ensure that no perishable items are stored in the cooler.2) Frozen fries were kept at room temperature. The internal temperature for Fries was measured to be at 7 C. The fries were placed in the cooler by the operator.-Ensure that the fries are not thawed at room temperature. Food should be thawed in a cooler, under cold water or in a microwave.
