- The Bleach solution concentration was tested to be around 50 ppm.- A new solution waws prepared by the operator which was tested to be 100 ppm.-Please ensure that the bleach concentration solution is always at 100 ppm.

- 1) The ambient temperature of the display cooler at the front was at 13 C.* The internal temperature for Yogurt was at 8 C.* Internal temperature for Turkey sandwiches were at 9 C.*Perishable items like Yogurt, turkey sandwiches were placed in a different cooler.-Ensure that no perishable items are stored in the cooler.2) Frozen fries were kept at room temperature. The internal temperature for Fries was measured to be at 7 C. The fries were placed in the cooler by the operator.-Ensure that the fries are not thawed at room temperature. Food should be thawed in a cooler, under cold water or in a microwave.
