- Observation: -Main pizza prep cooler found to be at 23C. Facility was aware that it was broken and was already taking steps to minimize impact to operations
- Corrective Action(s): -Very small amount of toppings were being brought out at a time to ensure rapid use. Ice packs or frozen water in inserts need to be used in addition to ensuring small amounts of foods are brought out to provide some cooling capacity. A replacement cooler has been ordered and is due to be installed on Thursday of this week. Re-inspection will occur to ensure replacement cooler is installed.

- Corrective Action(s): Remove all droppings and sanitize affected areas. Pest control visits are currently weekly but there appears to still be ongoing issues. If the outcome does not improve, facility may be closed to ensure that business has adequate time to properly address/correct ongoing rodent issues.
