      • 1) Diaper table had dust and debris build up. - Clean the diaper table. 2) Diaper pad had a tear, and the foam was exposed.- Replace the diapering pad.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • In purple room and in yellow room the cabinet had raw wood exposed. - Repair the cabinets so that no raw wood is exposed.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • All first aid kits were missing CPR barrier. - Equipe all first aid kits with CPR barrier.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Not in use strollers were stored in the purple room with dust accumulated. - Clean the strollers or not have them in the daycare.

      • Bleach bottle in yellow room not labeled.-Ensure all spray bottles are clearly labeled. Recommended to add concentration of product and mixing instructions to the bottle to prevent confusion (as long as it also complies with occupational health rules)
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Ceiling tile in diapering room has water damage.-Ensure leak is abated and then change the ceiling tile
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Purple room - foam letters have teeth marks.-Ensure that children are not mouthing toys that are uncleanable, and that staff are removing damaged toys-Removed
