      • The chlorine solution was tested and 0ppm was detected.The solution was dumped and remixed by the operator. When the new solution was tested 100ppm chlorine was detected. Please ensure that the chlorine surface sanitizer solution is mixed and tested daily to ensure the proper concentration (100ppm) is achieved.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONA leak was observed at the hand sink faucet resulting in the operator turning the water off to the sink to stop the leak. Please have the leak repaired and keep the water turned on to the hand sink to allow for hand washing by food handlers.

      • - Observed plastic container with no handle used as scoop stored in the rice container. Staff removed the scoops and sent to dish for washing. *Please ensure bulk dry ingredients scoops are stored in one of the following manners:1) Outside the bulk container in a separate container.2) Inside the container with the handle facing up and not touching the ingredients.3) Use clean scoop each time.

      • The front display cooler was turned off at the time of when the inspector arrived at the facility. The operator turned on the cooler once the inspector identified who they were. Please ensure the cooler is kept on if food is being stored in the cooler.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A leak was observed at the hand sink faucet resulting in the operator turning the water off to the sink to stop the leak. Please have the leak repaired and keep the water turned on to the hand sink to allow for hand washing by food handlers.
