- The bar's mechanical dishwasher was not operable at the time of the inspection.A replacement part has been indicated to have been installed; however, another part is still required to have the machine run as intended.Until the mechanical dishwasher is operating as intended, glassware and other food handling items must be washed in the commercial kitchen area using the available 2-compartment sink, or by using its operable mechanical dishwasher.

- The bar's mechanical dishwasher was not operable at the time of the inspection.The high temperature mechanical dishwasher turns on and fills, but will not run a cycle when prompted.Reusable customer glassware was being improperly washed in the bar's single compartment sink. Reusable customer items must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using an approved food sanitizer. Until the mechanical dishwasher is operating as intended, glassware and other food handling items must be washed in the commercial kitchen area using the available 2-compartment sink. Items will be washed with soap and water, rinsed and then submerged in an approved sanitizer solution before air drying.The kitchen's chemical mechanical dishwasher was not available for testing at the time of the inspection and must be serviced and operating as intended if it will be used as an alternative.

- Water was leaking from the ceiling immediately inside of the bar's entrance way. Buckets were located on the stairs and a warning sign was present to alert patrons. The water is dripping from the ceiling through the light fixture anchor and may pose an additional electrical risk if the wiring is effected. The owner indicated that the roof has water pooling in a specific area, and the entry point for the water has been identified. Once the roof has dried, the repairs will be completed.
