     • Mice droppings observed on the floor around and behind the cooler and freezer units in the kitchen. Mice and their droppings carry diseases.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • - Immediately clean up the mice droppings around and behind the cooler and freezer units. Wash and sanitize all surfaces that came into contact with the droppings.
     • - Clean the floors around coolers and freezers, and along the base of all walls daily especially with an current mice problem.

     • Dishwasher in Dala kitchen is not working, an error message states a problem which is not allowing the dishwasher to run. Staff are using the neighboring dishwasher to sanitize dishes.

     • - Immediately have the dishwasher serviced and fixed, so dishes can be sanitized.
     • - Ensure the rinse cycle temperature reaches and maintains 180F/82C for 10 seconds to sanitize dishes.
