- Leaking drain pipes under the wash & rinse sinks of the 3-compartment dishwashing sinks. Water is pooling on floor underneath, and food debris accumulating around the drain pipes. This will attract and breed pests.
- Corrective Action(s):
- - Repair/replace the drain pipes so they no longer leak.
- - Clean the exterior surfaces of the drain pipes and floor beneath, to remove accumulated food debris and water.

- Observation:
- Mould growth found on the interior suface of the ice making machine. The mould could fall into ice and could make a person ill if they consumed it.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Wash and sanitize the insterior surfaces of the ice making machine. Include the clean of the ice machine in the cleaning schedule, so it is done routinely.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Chipped, cracked and/or damaged plastic food lids found. These items are no longer cleanable and pieces of plastic could break off and fall into food. During the inspection, staff discarded the damaged lid.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Discard all chipped, cracked, and/or damaged plastic food inserts and lids. Develop a process with which staff inspect the plastic food inserts and lids for damage and discard them. Purchase new plastic food inserts and lids to replace the discarded ones.

- Corrective Action(s):
- Paint/seal the wood pallets with a light colored paint.

- Found walls that have peeling paint, dents and chips in it. Paint chips could fall into food, and unsealed drywall is exposed and is not cleanable. Food will absorb in the unsealed drywall, and attract pests.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Repair and paint all damaged walls so they are smooth, level, durable, sealed and cleanable. Or, install a material over the wall that is durable, sealed, and cleanable (stainless steel, diamond plate, FRP, etc).
