      • Store the scoops in a sanitary location such as a cleanable plastic bin or off a hook on the side of the ice machine or wall by June 12, 2026

      • Observed rust on the door hinge of the left ice machine
      • Clean and remove the rust from the ice machine door and hinge, repair or replace the rusty metal hinge of the door by June 16, 2026

      • Observed clutter with many empty cleaner bottles and unorganized janitor supplies in the janitor room
      • Dispose of the empty bottles and reorganize the janitor room by June 12, 2026. Clutter can hide pests which could lead to an infestation if not cleaned up in a timely manner. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Handwash sinks fully stocked with soap, paper towel, hot and cold water. All coolers measured less than or equal to 4°C, freezers measured less than or equal to - 18°C. Quat sanitizer available for surface cleaning, measured 200 ppm. Grocery area was clean and well maintained, product was stored safely and within best before dates, and no pests were observed at time of inspection.
