- HAND WASHING SINK BEHIND FRONT COUNTER:Observed and verified no hot running water - please repair as deemed necessary to provide hot running water to this sink.At this time, there is no sale of hard ice cream to patrons at this time and subsequently hand washing sink is not being utilized at this time by Staff.STAFF WASHROOM IN BACK AREA:1) Observed no handle for the cold water for the staff washroom sink - please install another one so the cold water can be turned on.2) Noted the ceiling exhaust fan is not operational and repair as deemed necessary to ensure it is operational so the aerosols generated from flushing the toilet can be removed to the outside.3) Observed no wall mounted dispenser for the paper towels (for hand drying) - purchase and install paper towel dispenser and mount this on the wall.

- The floor beneath the broken cold holding equipment near the coffee machine is in disrepair. Staff member stated that it will be repaired once the refrigerator is removed.

- There was a broken refrigerator beside the coffee station. Action:Please remove the canned drinks on the equipment and place an 'out of order notice' on it until it is replaced.
