- A gap was observed on the right side weatherstripping for the rear door of the kitchen leading to the exterior. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and weatherstripping repaired or replaced and no visible light observed in order to prevent the entry of pests.

- -Paper towel dispenser at the front handwash sink was empty.-Handwash sink in the front was blocked by a donut cart. Paper towel must be provided at handwash sinks at all times. Handwash sinks must be unobstructed to allow for convenient access. These were corrected during inspection. Handwashing discussed with manager. It was indicated that there is a timer to remind staff to wash their hands every 30 minutes and staff are trained to wash their hands after they may be contaminated. Observed staff washing their hands during inspection. Ensure night shift staff are conducting proper hand hygiene as well.
