- 1. Water accumulation was observed beneath the small ice machine. 2. Water leak was observed from the beverage mixer inside the storage area. Ensure to identify the source of the leak and repair to prevent unsanitary conditions and potential contamination risks.

- 1. The large ice machine located adjacent to the dishwashing sink was observed to have visible scaling and white residue on its interior surfaces.2. The brim of the cup holder machine under the dispensing units was visibly dirty.3. A leak was observed under the beverage dispenser on the counter in the seating area. A bucket had been placed inside the cabinet under the dispenser to collect the leaking liquid, which appeared dirty and had a slimy layer on the surface.Ensure to1. Thoroughly clean and descale the identified ice machine, followed by proper sanitization before returning it to service.2. Clean the cup holder machines, including areas under the dispensing units, to maintain proper hygiene standards.3. Identify and repair the leak under the beverage dispenser. The damaged trays and burnt spatula were discarded immediately during the inspection. Ensure that only clean, intact, and food-grade equipment is used for food preparation at all times. 2. The plastic funnel was removed and advised storing in a clean and sanitary location after wash and sanitize.
