- The complaint was discussed with the manager. This complaint was filed with McDonald's head office as well according to the manager. The manager stated that this incident goes against McDonalds policy and should have not occurred. The manager will discuss this incident/matter with all staff to ensure that this will not happen again.

- Observed food handler wash a set of spatulas and then just dip it in the sanitizer before taking it to their workstation. QUAT sanitizer used at the facility requires 1 minute contact time. The food handler was educated, and the spatula was brought back and placed in the sanitizer again.Ensure all washed/cleaned dishware are immersed in the sanitizer for 1 minute or longer.

- Ceiling tile is missing at the entrance of staff washroom (womens). Ceiling tiles were removed due to a water leak. Water leak has been repaired.Ensure new ceiling tile is installed.

- Bags of garbage were store on the floor of a shed that contains the dumpster.Garbage was placed inside the dumpster during inspection. Ensure garbage is always disposed properly to prevent potential pest problems.

- The facility does not have a hand wash station in the prep area/ front area, handwash station is located at the back which makes it difficult for the operator to wash hands.The McDonald's policy of handwashing i.e. all food handlers wash their hands with antimicrobial soap at least every 30 minutes is in effect and followed.Staff indicated that the facility would be renovated in the near future. Ensure to build a hand sink in the prep area/ front area.
