      • The paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink of the male washroom is in disrepair. Paper towel roll was placed on the counter. Operator indicated an extra dispenser was avaialbale and will be replaced ASAP.Ensure paper towel dispenser is replaced and paper towel is stored in the dispenser.
