      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine observed with meldew/mold on inside metal panel.
      • Corrective Action(s): Turn off ice machine and melt all ice which is currently in the machine. Clean and sanitize the ice machine as per approved sanitation plan. Ensure to conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of the ice machine to prevent mold/mildew growth and contamination of ice. Once the ice machine has been sanitized, submit photos to the health inspector via email.

Sanitize affected areas with 5000 ppm bleach solution (1 part bleach to 10 parts water). Monitor rodent activity and contact pest control company to assess and apply treatment as necessary.
