      • EHO prepared bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine. Operator to obtain chlorine test strips to verify sanitizer concentration. Comments Routine health inspection conducted. Hand wash stations fully supplied. Coolers at 4°C or less, freezers at -18°C and hot food at greater than 60°C. FoodSafe certified staff onsite. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 75°C at plate level. Daily temperature log/sanitizer log maintained. Routine pest control in place, no signs of activity observed.
